Upgrades

• Drupal Core: Upgrading from Drupal 8.3.7 to Drupal 8.4.4
• Lightning Distro: Upgrading from v2.1 to v3.0.1
• PHP: Upgrading from 5.6 to 7.1

Enhancements

• Main navigation menu drop downs have an updated look that better matches the style (Menu UI corrections)
• Local Galleria received a new theme

Bug Fixes

• Tabs will now function correctly and display the correct tab view when clicked
• Hero slider on wide screens now center instead of display left justified
• Special characters in headings and custom blocks will now encode correctly
• Date entered for the article will display on the individual article instead of date published
• Accordion open/close functions have been fixed
• Tag field will not show if no tags have been selected
