This is an alternative block to the Header Option available on basic pages. It was originally created so that auto generated pages such as listing, category, and tag views can display a header image. However, more people are using the Header and Title block on their basic pages in the Hero Panel Content area. The Header and Title custom block is unique in its options and display. 

Create Header & Title Block

1. Navigate to the Custom Block Library: Structure -> Block Layout -> Custom Block Library.
2. Select the blue button, "+ Add Custom Block"
3. Select "Custom Header & Title" 
4. Enter a unique block description. This should be a name to define what it is you are creating. 
5. Enter a title to be displayed in the overlay of the block. This title can be optionally hidden.
6. Select a Header Image. Even if you want this block to display a video, a header image needs to be selected as videos will not display on mobile devices, the image instead will display.
7. Fill out the video header fields. The best practice is to use a Vimeo mp4 id link. The header can have a secondary title and also a title link which will show as a button.
8. Select the title placement. This will depend on the image or video you are using. 
9. Save as Draft or change to Published. If it is not "Published", it will not display to visitors. 

This Header & Title Block can either be placed in the primary content area using the Layout tab or in the Hero Panel Content area of specific pages using Block Layout.
